摘要
目的:分析家庭医生综合干预在脑卒中合并营养不良患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年7月天津市南开区水上公园街社区卫生服务中心收治的100例脑卒中合并营养不良患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组接受常规诊疗服务,观察组进行家庭医生综合干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,两组Barthel指数、运动功能评定量表评分升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001);两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。干预后,两组血红蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白水平均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.037)。结论:家庭医生综合干预在脑卒中合并营养不良患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者日常生活能力、运动功能、神经功能缺损情况、营养指标,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of family doctor comprehensive intervention in stroke patients complicated with malnutrition.Methods:From July 2021 to July 2022,100 stroke patients complicated with malnutrition who were admitted to Tianjin Nankai District Water Park Street Community Health Service Center were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine diagnosis and treatment services,and the observation group received comprehensive intervention by family doctors.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the Barthel index and motor function rating scale scores increased in two groups(P<0.05),and these parameters were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.001).The scores of the National Institutes of Health stroke scale decreased in two groups(P<0.05),and the scores were lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.001).After intervention,the levels of hemoglobin,albumin and prealbumin in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.037).Conclusion:The family doctor comprehensive intervention in stroke patients complicated with malnutrition has a significant effect,and can improve patients'daily living ability,motor function,neurological deficits and nutritional indicators,and reduce the incidence of complications.
