摘要
子宫肌瘤多因正气虚弱、邪气阻滞、脏腑功能失调所致,主要特点为本虚标实,虚实夹杂,兼夹之证错综复杂,治疗时需补虚与祛邪并重参详。周佩云根据多年的临床经验,提出针对子宫肌瘤不仅要辨证施治,更要注意结合女性生理期不同阶段的气血特点。以理冲汤为基础方,在经期前、经期和经期后分阶段辨证治疗,可抑制子宫肌瘤生长,效果显著。
Uterine fibroids are primarily caused by a deficiency of vital qi,obstruction of pathogenic qi,and dysfunction of zangfu viscera.The main characteristics include the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,the intermingled deficiency and excess,and the complexity of concomitant syndromes.The treatment should focus on reinforcing deficiency and removing pathogenic factors.Through years of clinical experience,Professor Zhou Peiyun put forward that the treatment of uterine fibroids should not only be based on syndrome differentiation,but also notice the combination with the characteristics of qi and blood in different stages of female menstrual period.Using Lichong Decoction as the basic formula,the staged syndrome differentiation treatment before,during and after menstruation can inhibit the growth of uterine fibroids and achieve significant outcomes.
