摘要
基于数值建模的机械成形加工实践教学,提出了一种面向工程应用的探究式学习教学方法,旨在提升学生的实践能力和创新思维。以“高强度钢电阻点焊工艺优化”为实践教学项目,设计了一系列课程实践教学内容,使学生能够深入分析焊接工艺参数对焊接质量的影响。通过数值模型的应用,学生将探索焊材特性评估、焊接过程建模、热力学分析及焊接质量检测等关键技术,逐步掌握焊接工艺的核心要素。借助探究式学习,学生主动研究问题、收集数据,并建立数学模型,提升数据分析与解决工程问题的能力。同时,实践教学效果的评价环节确保了学习目标明确与评估标准清晰。这种方法为提升学生在机械成形加工领域的能力提供了新思路,促进其在未来机械工程应用中的能力发展。
This paper presents an engineering-oriented inquiry-based learning approach for practical teaching in mechanical forming processes based on numerical modeling,aimed at enhancing students’practical skills and innovative thinking.Within the context of optimizing the resistance spot welding process for high-strength steel,a series of course contents were designed to enable students to analyze in depth the impact of welding process parameters on weld quality.Through the application of numerical models,students explore key techniques such as welding material property evaluation,welding process modeling,thermodynamic analysis,and welding quality inspection,gradually master the core elements of the welding process.Leveraging inquiry-based learning,students actively investigate problems,collect data,and develop mathematical models,thereby improving their data analysis and engineering problem-solving abilities.Additionally,the evaluation of practical teaching effectiveness ensures that learning objectives are clear and assessment standards are well-defined.This approach offers new insights for enhancing students’capabilities in the field of mechanical forming processes,and fosters their skill development for future applications in mechanical engineering.
