摘要
为了满足不同拓扑结构的逆变实验要求,设计了一种基于数字信号处理器和现场可编程门阵列(DSP+FPGA)的可变结构三相逆变器实验平台。主电路采用分裂母线结构设计,通过改变变结构端子连接方式以及控制绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT),实现两电平、T型三电平和双T型四电平三相逆变器。控制板采用DSP和FPGA协同工作,其中DSP主要负责控制和调制波计算任务,并配合16位模/数转换芯片AD7656实现采样工作;FPGA则主要承担载波和驱动信号生成。此外,通过软件和硬件相结合的过流、过压等保护措施,有效提高实验平台的可靠性。同时,编写DSP和FPGA程序,分别实现了两电平、三电平和四电平逆变器的空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)策略。该可变结构三相逆变器实验平台可用于不同逆变器拓扑结构和调制策略研究,有助于节约硬件成本。
In order to meet the experimental requirements of inverters with different topologies,an experimental platform for variable-structure three-phase inverters based on digital signal processor+field-programmable gate array(DSP+FPGA)is designed.The main circuit adopts a split bus structure,which can realize two-level,T-type three-level,and double T-type four-level three-phase inverters through different connection methods of variable structure terminals and the control of insulate-gate bipolar transistors(IGBT).DSP and FPGA are adopted on the control board to work together.DSP is mainly responsible for control strategies,the calculation of modulation waves,and sampling with AD7656;FPGA is mainly responsible for generating carriers and driving signals.The overcurrent,overvoltage and other protections are designed in software and hardware to improve the reliability of the experimental platform.DSP and FPGA programs are written to realize the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)strategies for two-level,three-level,and four-level inverters.The designed three-phase experimental platform can achieve different inverters through the variable structure,which can be used for the researches on different topologies and modulation strategies.The hardware costs can be effectively reduced with the designed experimental platform.
