摘要
新工科视域下,构建科学合理的师范类高校智能制造专业人才培养体系与模式是培养师范类智能制造专业工程应用型本科人才的核心。依据智能制造专业师范类本科人才的教育定位和培养规格及基本特征,探索构建“OTO+认证+产教+科教+践行”融合的工程应用型人才培养体系,建立匹配的人才培养目标、专业特色人才培养模式及七大特色实践教学体系。探讨OTO、智能制造工程师职业资格认证、产教融合与企业顶岗践行、科教融合、创新践行等五合一教学模式融合下,创新培养体系与模式内涵特色。分析该研究成果取得的成效。
From the perspective of new engineering,it is the core to build a scientific and reasonable training system and mode for intelligent manufacturing professionals in normal universities.Based on the educational positioning,training specifications,and basic characteristics of undergraduate talents majoring in intelligent manufacturing,the paper explores the construction of an engineering application oriented talent training system that integrates"OTO+engineer certification+industry and education+scientific research and education+practice"and establishes matching talent cultivation goals,professional characteristic talent cultivation models,and seven characteristic practical teaching systems.This paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of innovative training scheme and curriculum system under the integration of OTO,professional qualification certification of intelligent manufacturing engineers,integration of production and education with enterprise post practice,integration of science and education,and innovative practice.Analyze the achievements of this research.
