摘要
船舶及海洋结构物会受到来自各种液舱(如压载舱、油舱、淡水舱)的内部压力,对船体的局部结构响应产生影响。本文阐述了液舱内部压力场的计算原理和方法,以浮式平台典型作业工况为例,采用压力场、柔性MPC(多点约束)连接、添加质量点3种方法分别进行加载,模拟内部液舱及甲板堆货区域的压力,并对浮式平台结构强度进行安全分析。结果表明3种不同加载方法下结构应力均满足屈服强度衡准要求,直接施加应力场的方法是一种较为客观真实的处理方式,采用柔性MPC及质量点数值方法的预报结果相对偏保守。该工作可为船体结构设计提供一定的借鉴作用。
Ships and marine structures are affected by the pressure of liquids in tanks(ballast tank,oil tank or fresh water tank et al).The pressure in tanks will affect local structural response of floating platforms.In this paper,the theoretical formulation as well as numerical method are presented as to the calculation of pressure field in tanks of the floating platform.Typical case of the loading process to the inner tank of a platform under operation condition were simulated based on three different methods:pressure field,adding flexible MPC(multipoint constraint)and adding point mass.The results show that the structural stress could meet the requirement of the criteria for yield stress.The results of different loading simulation methods are analysed,which would contribute to the structural design for ship hull.
