典型柴油机舱火灾危险源分析及消防能力研究

摘要 针对某新型柴油机高功率以及高压共轨电喷的特点,基于机舱典型火灾事故可燃物荷载以及场景,对机舱火灾开展风险梳理,定义典型火灾事件和火灾场景。基于机舱三维模型,采用数值仿真软件建立火灾消防动态仿真模型,模拟分析细水雾、水灭火、窒息式3种消防手段的效果。结果表明,细水雾具有更短的灭火时间和更好的降温效果;并搭建机舱典型区域类实体场景,验证了细水雾灭火系统的良好灭火性能。 According to the characteristics of high power and high pressure common rail electric injection of a new diesel engine,based on the fuel load and scene of typical engine room fire accidents,the risk of engine room fire is sorted out,and typical fire events and fire scenes are defined.Based on the three-dimensional model of the engine room,the dynamic simulation model of fire fighting was established by using the numerical simulation software to simulate and analyze the effect of three fire fighting methods:water mist,water fire extinguishing and asphyxiation.The results show that the water mist has shorter fire extinguishing time and better cooling effect.The good performance of the water mist fire extinguishing system is verified by setting up a typical regional entity scene of the engine room.
