摘要
民办本科院校是高等教育的重要组成部分,为教育服务供给贡献力量。本文通过对东西部民办高校办学质量的对比分析,借鉴其师资建设路径。首先,以不同区域的几所地方民办高校为研究对象,对学校一流学科或一流课程建设、教师发文量统计分析。其次,调查表明高水平民办高校的师资招聘拔尖人才的引人机制、培育青年教师和薪酬待遇都优于贵州省地方民办高校。再者,通过问卷调查和访谈法,分析当前贵州省地方民办高校师资建设现状和阻碍。最后,根据高水平民办高校的师资薪酬待遇和职后发展平台等,提出高质量教师队伍建设路径,提升贵州省高等教育水平。
Private undergraduate colleges are an important component of higher education,contributing to educational services.This paper compares and analyzes the quality of private universities in the eastern and western regions,and draws on their teaching staff construction paths.Firstly,taking several local private universities in different regions as research objects,statistical analysis has been conducted on the construction of first-class disciplines or courses and the number of teacher publications.Secondly,the survey shows that the recruitment mechanism for top-notch talents,cultivation of young teachers,and salary benefits of high-level private universities are superior to those of local private universities in Guizhou Province.Moreover,through questionnaire surveys and interviews,the current status and obstacles of faculty construction in local private universities in Guizhou Province are analyzed.Finally,based on the salary and post employment development platform of high-level private universities,a path for building a high-quality teacher team is proposed to enhance the level of higher education in Guizhou Province.
