摘要
本研究通过专利计量与竞争情报分析方法,系统解析全球LED照明技术领域的专利布局态势与创新竞争格局。当前技术发展呈现从单一器件创新向系统集成方案升级的转型特征,核心专利日益集中于智能调光算法与低热损封装架构方向。针对中国企业在专利布局中存在的“浅层累积”现象,建议采取分阶段专利组合优化策略:在商业化应用层强化专利组合密度,重点突破驱动电路微型化与光谱可调技术;在基础技术层推进产学协作,联合开发新型荧光材料与量子点集成方案;在国际市场构建专利互换联盟,优先布局东南亚与中东欧等新兴市场的应用专利。
This study systematically analyzes the patent layout situation and innovation competition pattern in the field of global LED lighting technology through patent measurement and competitive intelligence analysis methods.The present technology development is transforming from single device innovation to system integration scheme.The core patents are increasingly focused on intelligent dimming algorithm and low heat loss packaging architecture.In view of the phenomenon of“shallow accumulation”in patent layout,it is suggested to adopt phased patent combination optimization strategy:strengthen patent combination density in commercial application layer,drive circuit miniaturization and spectral adjustable technology,promote production and academic collaboration,jointly develop new fluorescent materials and quantum dot integration scheme;build patent swap alliance in the international market,and priority application patents in emerging markets such as Southeast Asia and Central and Eastern Europe.
