摘要
目的统筹军地资源,针对我国目前应急医学救援人才培养,探索人才共育共用。方法通过分析我国应急救援力量的组成、岗位能力需求、军地共育瓶颈、军地培养优劣,探讨军队及地方共育应急救援医学人才的可行性。结果针对军地人才共育的困境,整合军地优势资源,从军地培训标准统一,人才共用;军地培养方式融合,人才共育;军地培养资源整合,资源共用三方面展开探索。结论人才培养是最深层次的军民融合,通过军民共育共用应急医学救援人才将大大提升应急救援效能。
Objective To coordinate military and civilian resources,and explore the joint cultivation and use of talents for emergency medical rescue in China.Methods By analyzing the composition of China's emergency rescue forces,job capability requirements,bottlenecks in military-civilian joint training,and advantages in military and civilian training,the feasibility of joint cultivation of emergency rescue medical talents by the military and local areas is discussed.Results In response to the dilemma of military-civilian talent co-cultivation,the advantages of military and civilian resources are integrated,and exploration is carried out from three aspects:unifying military and civilian training standards,sharing talents;integrating military and civilian training methods,co-cultivating talents;and integrating military and civilian training resources,sharing resources.Conclusion Talent cultivation is the deepest level of military-civilian integration,and the joint cultivation of emergency medical rescue talents by the military and civilians will greatly enhance the efficiency of emergency rescue.
