摘要
随着市场竞争的加剧和客户需求的多样化,制造业企业必须在保持生产效率的同时,灵活应对市场变化,向物料统计分析数字化转型迈入坚实一步。图料匹配预警系统通过精确预测需求、优化库存管理、及时响应供应链波动,在帮助企业实现这一目标的过程中扮演着至关重要的角色。文章以智能制造工厂统计数字化角度,对图料匹配预警进行分析研究,开发的物料分析系统通过实时获取仓储可用库存数量进行分析与计算,并利用生产系统中项目需求材料数据进行比对,可依据选择的项目、模块、层高输出不同阶段的预警表单,以此提前匹配四周前瞻计划工作项的材料情况。通过统计数字化手段,企业可以根据预测结果,做好图料预匹配,合理安排生产计划,保障材料供应满足计划需求,避免因物料短缺而导致的生产延误,同时也防止了因库存积压而造成资金占用和仓储成本增加,实现精益化管理,为企业数字化转型注入动力。
With the intensification of market competition and diversification of customer demands,manufacturing enterprises must flexibly respond to market changes while maintaining production efficiency,and take a solid step towards the digital transformation of material statistics and analysis.Drawing and material matching early warning system plays an important role in helping enterprises achieve this goal by accurately forecasting demand,optimizing inventory management,and timely responding to supply chain fluctuations.In this paper,from the perspective of intelligent manufacturing factory statistics and digitization,the early warning of map matching is analyzed and studied.The developed material analysis system analyzes and calculates the inventory quantity available in the warehouse in real time,and compares the project demand material data in the production system.The early warning forms at different stages can be output according to the selected project,module and floor height,so as to match the material conditions of the surrounding prospective plan work items in advance.By means of statistics and digitalization,enterprises can make pre-matching of drawings and materials according to the prediction results,reasonably arrange the production plan,guarantee the material supply to meet the planned demand,avoid the production delay caused by material shortage,prevent the capital occupation and storage cost increase caused by inventory backlog,realize lean management,and inject power for the digital transformation of enterprises.
