摘要
骨质疏松性脊柱骨折是继发于老年人骨质疏松症的常见骨折,是影响老年人生活质量的主要疾病之一。对于轻度骨折或无手术指征的患者一般采取非手术疗法,中医学在治疗该疾病上存在一定的优势。督脉灸是中医外治法之一,又称“火龙灸”“长蛇灸”等,是在传统隔物灸基础上发展来的一种灸法,具有温督启阳、活血化瘀、舒经通络、温肾填精等作用,临床上应用督脉灸治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折均取得较好疗效。本文基于督脉理论探讨督脉灸治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的理论基础,为骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的非手术疗法提供新的治疗思路和依据。
Osteoporotic spinal fractures,a frequent complication of osteoporosis in the elderly,are among the leading diseases that affect the quality of life of older adults.Clinically,non-surgical treatments are typically the preferred approach,especially for patients with mild fractures or those without surgical indications,where traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has demonstrated certain advantages.Du meridian moxibustion,also known as“Fire Dragon Moxibustion”or“Long Snake Moxibustion”is one of the external treatment methods in TCM.It has evolved from traditional indirect moxibustion and is known for its effects in warming the Du meridian,activating yang,promoting blood circulation,resolving blood stasis,soothing the meridians,unblocking the collaterals,warming the kidneys,and replenishing essence.The clinical application of Du meridian moxibustion in the treatment of osteoporotic spinal fractures has consistently resulted in favorable outcomes.This paper aims to explore the theoretical basis of Du meridian moxibustion in the treatment of osteoporotic spinal fractures based on the theory of the Du meridian,thereby providing new therapeutic insights and evidence for the non-surgical treatment of osteoporotic spinal fractures.
