摘要
目的探讨LEER模式加速康复外科护理在老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月至2024年3月郑州大学附属郑州中心医院拟接受LC的99例老年患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组50例,实施LEER模式加速康复外科护理,对照组49例,接受常规护理。比较两组康复情况、疼痛、并发症等。结果观察组肛门排气、离床活动、首次排便及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组停止输液时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后数字等级评定量表(NRS)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者腹腔感染、胆漏和出血的发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组健康宣教、疼痛护理以及医护人员专业素养得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论LEER模式加速康复外科护理能有效减轻老年LC患者的疼痛程度,缩短肛门排气时间、离床活动时间、首次排便时间以及住院时间,促进病情快速恢复,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of LEER mode accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods A total of 99 elderly patients who were scheduled to undergo LC treatment at Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Fifty cases were randomly divided into an observation group using a random number table method,and LEER mode accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing was implemented.The control group of 49 cases received routine nursing.The rehabilitation status,pain,complications,etc.were compared between two groups.Results The time of anal exhaust,ambulation and first defecation,and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the duration of stopping infusion between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative numerical rating scale(NRS)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the incidence of abdominal infection,bile leakage,and bleeding between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The scores of health education,pain care,and professional competence of medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion LEER mode accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing can effectively reduce the pain level of elderly LC patients,shorten anal exhaust time,bed rest time,first bowel movement time and hospitalization time,promote rapid recovery of the condition,and improve nursing satisfaction.
