摘要
本文基于2017年“中国大学生追踪调查(PSCUS)”数据,从亲社会行为的视角探查高校学生资助的“立德树人”效果。研究发现,高校学生资助显著提升受助学生的亲社会行为水平,有利于培育利他主义的助人奉献品德,取得了显著的“立德树人”成效。但研究也发现,不同类型的学生资助发挥的“立德树人”作用有所不同:助困资助和自励资助更有利于培育无私奉献精神,奖励型资助增强“理性利他”意识,政策引导型资助则易导致“理性利己”倾向。进一步提升学生资助的精准化、针对性和公平性,将有利于资助育人在“立德树人”方面取得更好效果。
Based on data from the 2017“Panel Survey of Chinese University Students(PSCUS),”this study analyzes the impact of student financial aid on the development of moral character from the perspective of prosocial behavior.The research found that student financial aid in higher education significantly improves the level of prosocial behavior among recipients,facilitating the cultivation of altruistic helping virtues and achieving remarkable effects in moral character development.However,the study also discovered that different types of student financial aid exert varying effects on moral character cultivation:national grant and national encouragement scholarship financial aid are more conducive to cultivating selfless dedication spirit,national scholarship enhances the awareness of“rational altruism,”while policy-guided financial assistance is more likely to lead to a tendency of“rational self-interest.”Further enhancing the precision,targeting,and fairness of student financial aid will be beneficial for achieving better results in moral character cultivation through the process of student assistance.
