低碳物流、区域经济与生态环境耦合协调水平时空演变——以西部陆海新通道为例

摘要 推动西部陆海新通道低碳物流、区域经济和生态环境三者之间的协同增效具有重要的战略意义。基于2012—2021年西部陆海新通道陆路沿线12个省、自治区、直辖市的面板数据,利用耦合协调度模型实证分析该通道低碳物流、区域经济与生态环境之间的耦合协调关系,从时空两个视角分析其动态演进特征,并进行影响因素分析。结果显示:(1)在2012—2021年,西部陆海新通道沿线省份低碳物流-区域经济-生态环境的耦合协调度不断上升。在时间序列上,该通道整体的耦合协调度呈波动上升趋势,耦合协调等级从濒临失调达到初级耦合;在空间层面上,该通道的耦合协调度呈现“中心强-外部弱”的特征。(2)不同地区的低碳物流、区域经济与生态环境的耦合协调水平存在较大差异,但具有一定程度的提升空间。从相关性看,呈现出显著的空间相关性,具体表现为空间集聚特征;从差异性看,区域间的差异对总体基尼系数的影响最大,但各区域间的差异逐年下降,区域间均衡性提高、协调性增强。(3)对外发展水平、环境治理水平以及基础设施水平是影响该通道沿线省份低碳物流、区域经济与生态环境之间耦合协调水平的主要因素。 Promoting the synergy and efficiency between low-carbon logistics,regional economy,and ecological environment in the Western Land Sea New Corridor is of great strategic significance.Taking 12 provinces,autonomous region,municipality directly under the Central Government along the land route of the Western Land Sea New Corridor as the research area,an evaluation index system for low-carbon logistics,regional economy,and ecological environment system is developed.The entropy weight method is used to determine the index weights.The coupling coordination degree model,exploratory spatial autocorrelation model,Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method,and obstacle degree model are used to analyze the coupling and coordinated development of low-carbon logistics,regional economy,and ecological environment system from 2012 to 2021.(1)The coupling and coordination evolution trend of low-carbon logistics,regional economy,and ecological environment system indicates that the coupling and coordination degree of LEE system in provinces along the land route of the Western Land Sea New Corridor has shown a stable growth trend from 2012 to 2021.From a temporal perspective,the coupling coordination level of the three systems has increased from near imbalance to primary coupling;from a spatial perspective,the coupling coordination degree of the three systems exhibits a characteristic of gradually spreading and weakening towards peripheral provinces,with Sichuan as the center.(2)The spatial differences in low-carbon logistics,regional economy,and ecological environment systems indicate that there are significant differences in the coupling and coordination level of LEE systems in different regions,but there is a certain degree of room for improvement.From the perspective of correlation,the coupling and coordinated development level of the three systems exhibits significant positive spatial clustering characteristics,and develops towards discretization and equilibrium in spatial distribution;from the perspective of differences,the regional differences have the greatest impact on the overall Gini coefficient.(3)The influencing factors of low-carbon logistics,regional economy,and ecological environment system indicate that the level of external development,environmental governance,and infrastructure are the main factors affecting the coupling and coordination level of LEE systems in provinces along the channel.
