摘要
为了实现航空发动机用复材蜂窝板中消声帽的自动批量植入,开发了基于机器人视觉识别的蜂窝消声帽制备技术。通过集成转盘式裁切单元、机器人、末端执行机构、视觉识别系统等,搭建一套复材蜂窝消声帽智能制备及植入系统。其中,采用加热与隔热设计末端执行机构,提高了制备过程的自动化和智能化水平;视觉系统集成高精度相机,通过标定和校正确保图像准确无误,实现了亚像素级识别精度,为精准定位和操作提供了保障;同时,应用手眼标定技术将相机获取的图像信息准确转化为机器人坐标系下的位置与姿态信息,进一步提升了自动化操作的精度和效率。实验结果表明:该制备系统提高了制备精度和效率,降低了人工成本,为消声材料的自动化生产制备、植入提供了新方案。
To realize the automatic batch implantation of muffler caps of composite honeycomb for aero engine,a honeycomb muffler cap preparation technology based on robot vision recognition was developed.Through the integration of rotary disc cutting unit,robot,end actuator and vision recognition system,etc.,a set of intelligent preparation and implantation system of composite honeycomb muffler cap was built.In the system,the end actuator was designed with heating and heat insulation,which improved the automation and intelligence level of the preparation process;the vision system integrated a high-precision camera to ensure the accuracy of the image through calibration and correction,achieving sub-pixel level recognition,providing a guarantee for accurate positioning and operation;at the same time,the application of hand-eye calibration technology could accurately transform the image information obtained by the camera into the position and attitude information in the robot coordinate system,which further improved the accuracy and efficiency of the automatic operation.The experimental results show that the preparation method can improve the preparation precision and efficiency,reduce the labor cost,and provide a new scheme for the automatic production,preparation and implantation of noise reduction materials.
