摘要
电动缸受载时,其内部滚珠丝杠存在轴向接触变形,对电动缸的定位精度和传动质量产生一定影响。针对此,以某型电动缸用单螺母滚珠丝杠为研究对象,进行参数优化与可靠性评估。分析影响接触变形的关键因素,并选取滚珠半径、滚道截面半径、接触角为设计变量,将轴向接触变形设为目标函数,结合有限元仿真构建响应面代理模型并对其进行优化;最后针对加工工艺的不确定性对接触变形的影响,对其进行可靠性评估与分析。结果表明:所求最优结构参数相比原始设计滚珠丝杠的轴向接触变形降低12%,可靠度由原来的96.97%提升至99.98%;此外相较于传统优化及可靠性评估方法,该方法避免了有限元模型的高频调用,有效提高了计算效率,可为相关厂家提供一定参考价值。
When the electric cylinder is under load,the internal ball screw has axial contact deformation,which affects the positioning accuracy and transmission quality of the electric cylinder.In view of this,taking the single-nut ball screw used in a certain type of electric cylinder as the research object,and parameter optimization and reliability evaluation was conducted.The key factors affecting the contact deformation were analyzed and the ball radius,raceway cross-section radius and contact angle were selected as design variables,the axial contact deformation was taken as the objective function.Then,a response surface surrogate model was constructed and optimized by combining with finite element simulation.Finally,the reliability evaluation and analysis of the influence of the uncertainty of the processing technology on the contact deformation were carried out.The results show that compared with the original design,the axial contact deformation of the ball screw with the optimal structural parameters is reduced by 12%,and the reliability is increased from the original 96.97%to 99.98%.In addition,compared with the traditional optimization and reliability assessment method,the proposed method avoids the frequent invocation of the finite element model,effectively improving the computational efficiency,which can provide certain reference value for relevant manufacturers.
