列车自主运行控制系统集成仿真测试系统研究

摘要 针对列车自主运行控制系统集成仿真测试中对于系统运行支撑环境、测试激励和故障注入的测试需求,根据城市轨道交通列车自主运行控制系统的特点、构成和基本原理,以系统集成仿真测试为核心目标,建立了包括线路轨旁仿真系统、车辆仿真系统、站台门仿真系统、综合监控仿真系统、通信仿真系统等在内的半实物仿真试验环境,并通过接入被试系统设备构成了针对列车自主运行控制系统的集成仿真测试系统。该集成仿真测试系统具有集成测试验证、故障注入测试和运营场景验证等功能。经实际项目的试验应用证明,该集成仿真测试系统功能完整、合理、有效,能够为列车自主运行控制系统提供功能全面、仿真程度高的测试和验证环境。 Based on the requirements for integrated simulation testing of train autonomous circumambulation system(TACS),particularly in the aspects of supporting environments for system operation,test vectors,and fault injection,this study developed a hardware-in-the-loop simulation(HILS)testing environmental setup,taking into account the characteristics,composition,and fundamental principles of TACS used in urban rail transit,with the core objective of implementing system-wide integrated simulation testing.This environmental setup covers multiple components,including trackside equipment,vehicles,platform screen doors(PSD),integrated supervisory control systems,and communication.It supports the creation of an integrated simulation testing system for specific TACS by connecting to its equipment.The established integrated simulation testing system offers various functions,including integrated testing and verification,as well as fault injection testing,and verification in operational scenarios.The application of this system in actual testing proves its superiority in functionality,design rationality,and effective implementation,capable of providing testing and verification environments with comprehensive functions and a high degree of simulation for TACS.
