女式紧身衣结构优化与对比分析

Structure Optimization and Comparison Analysis of Women’s Tights Clothes

摘要 由于大部分紧身衣对女性腰腹部压迫感过强,导致人体穿着舒适性降低,或者对人体压缩性不足,难以实现日常塑形和美感需求,因此对现有紧身衣的压缩松量进行设计与分析。首先,调研消费者对于紧身衣的穿着需求,利用三维扫描仪获得人体模型与数据,对紧身衣的款式和结构进行优化设计。通过对比人体穿着不同紧身衣时的压力舒适性,发现添加高压缩设计松量的紧身衣在腰腹部具有明显的收缩效果,并且压力值处于可接受舒适范围内。该研究对女式紧身塑形衣的优化设计具有一定指导意义。 Most of the tight clothes have too much pressure on women’s waist and abdomen,which reduces wearing comfort,or the compression of human body is insufficient,it is difficult to achieve daily shaping and aesthetic needs,so the study designed and analyzed compression and relaxation of the existing tight clothes.Firstly,it investigated consumer’demand for wearing tight clothes,then used three-dimensional scanners to obtain human models and data,so as to optimize the design of the style and structure of tight clothes.By comparing the pressure comfort of human body wearing different tight clothes,it is found that the tight clothes with high compression design relaxation have obvious contraction effect in the waist and abdomen,and the pressure value is within the acceptable comfort range.This study has certain guiding significance for the optimization design of women’s tight shapewear.
