介绍了球面滚子轴承的结构特点、退卸套的作用以及安装和安装过程中过盈量的控制方法。安装方法包括利用轴螺纹上的螺母、液压螺母及注油法,安装过程中的过盈量控制方法包括测量游隙减小量、测量锁定螺母的锁紧角度、测量轴向推进距离、测量内圈膨胀量和经验法。
This article introduces the structural characteristics of spherical roller bearings,the function of the disassembly sleeve,and the method of controlling interference during installation and installation.Among them,the installation method includes using the nut on the shaft thread,hydraulic nut,and oil injection method.The interference control method during the installation process includes measuring the clearance reduction,measuring the locking angle of the locking nut,measuring the axial pushing distance,measuring the inner ring expansion,and empirical method.
