卧式水泵机组中置式叶片调节装置技术改造与应用 被引量:1

摘要 南水北调邳州站叶片调节机构采用外置式液压全调节装置,实现了大型竖井贯流泵机组的叶片全调节。但整体装置结构复杂,油管路及附属结构庞大且接头繁多,检修维护较难。针对近年来运行过程中叶片调节存在角度突变、漂移及调节过程卡滞等现象,为保障机组运行安全,结合泵站2#机组大修将叶片调节改为新型中置式装置,较好地解决了叶片调节不稳定易漏油、渗油等问题,提高了叶片调节的可靠性及机组运行稳定性,可为同类型泵站叶片调节改造提供参考。 The blade adjustment mechanism of Pizhou Station of the south-to-north water diversion project adopts an external hydraulic full adjustment device to realise the full adjustment of the blades of the large scale vertical through-flow pump unit.However,the overall device has a complex structure,with large oil pipelines and auxiliary structures and numerous joints,making maintenance and repair difficult.In response to phenomena such as sudden angle changes,drift,and stalling during the adjustment of blades in recent years of operation,and to ensure the safe operation of the unit,the blade adjustment of the 2#unit in the pumping station was modified to a new mid-mounted device in combination with the major overhaul of the unit.This has effectively solved problems such as unstable blade adjustment,oil leakage,and oil seepage,improved the reliability of blade adjustment and the operational stability of the unit,and can provide a reference for the blade adjustment transformation of similar pumping stations.
