生活垃圾/污泥协同焚烧炉渣中含氯组分赋存特性及影响机制 被引量:3

Characteristics and influence mechanisms of chlorine existence in municipal solid waste/sludge co-incineration bottom slag

摘要 一般工业固废与生活垃圾协同焚烧是充分利用生活垃圾焚烧产能的有效方式,然而,协同焚烧处理对炉渣中含氯组分赋存特性的影响需进一步研究.本研究以一般工业固废污泥为研究对象,研究生活垃圾/污泥协同焚烧过程中,焚烧炉渣样品中氯的迁移行为、存在形态及长期稳定性.结果表明,生活垃圾/污泥协同焚烧使得炉渣中氯残留率和氯含量升高,且会促进炉渣中非水溶性氯的形成;此外,添加木竹后,协同焚烧炉渣中可能形成了稳定性更高的非水溶性氯,对炉渣中的氯的浸出起到显著的抑制作用. Co-incineration of general industrial solid waste and municipal solid waste offers a promising approach to maximize the utilization of municipal solid waste incineration capacity.However,the impact of this co-incineration process on the behavior and stability of chlorine-containing components within the resulting incineration bottom slag remains under investigation.This study employed the general industrial solid waste sludge to explore the migration,speciation,and long-term stability of chlorine in slag samples generated during co-incineration of municipal solid waste and sludge.The findings revealed that co-incineration significantly increased the chlorine residual rate and content within the slag,promoting the formation of un-soluble chlorine.Furthermore,the addition of wood and bamboo during co-incineration contributed to the formation of more stable,un-soluble chlorine within the incineration bottom slag,significantly reducing chlorine leaching.
