摘要
目的探讨三级预防护理模式联合细节护理对腹主动脉瘤介入术后患者负面情绪的影响。方法选取2022年3月至2024年3月中山市人民医院收治的86例腹主动脉瘤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组(43例)采用三级预防护理模式干预,研究组(43例)联合细节护理。评估2组的恢复情况、血脂水平、心理状态和并发症。结果研究组的下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。术后4周,研究组的焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表分值均低于对照组,总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白水平高于对照组(P均<0.05);2组的上述分值和指标水平均较术前明显改善(P均<0.05)。结论三级预防护理模式联合细节护理可改善腹主动脉瘤介入术后患者的血脂水平和心理状态,并加速患者恢复,同时降低其术后并发症的发生率。
Objective To explore the impact of three-grade prevention and nursing mode combined with detail nursing on the negative emotions of patients after interventional surgery for abdominal aortic aneurysm.Methods A total of 86 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm admitted to Zhongshan People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(43 cases)received the three-grade prevention and nursing mode intervention,and the study group(43 cases)combined with detail nursing.The recovery status,blood lipid levels,mental state and complications of the two groups were evaluated.Results The study group had earlier mobilization time and shorter hospitalization time than the control group,and the overall incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 4 weeks after surgery,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and the Self-Rating Depression Scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol,triglycerides,and low-density lipoprotein in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of highdensity lipoprotein was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The above scores and indexes of both groups were significantly improved compared with those before surgery.Conclusion Threegrade prevention and nursing mode combined with detail nursing can improve the blood lipid levels and psychological status of patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm after interventional surgery,accelerate their recovery,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
