摘要
工业发展的趋势是期望企业能够结合先进的设备技术、过程控制理论,构建和优化智能制造的关键模块。基于工业发展趋势,落实高质量发展十条措施,围绕集团和公司“十四五”发展战略规划目标要求,通过分析车间动力能源供应设备的特点,搭建能源管理系统,从水,电,冷,气、汽及污水方面的数据收集,推动远程控制以及并入各条生产线DCS和生产执行系统MES,形成调度中心实时对所有生产设备进行监控和预警,有效地提高人工效率,提前预警问题发生,全面提高生产制造管理的自动化、数字化水平。
The trend of industrial development is to expect enterprises to combine advanced equipment technology and process control theory to build and optimize key modules of intelligent manufacturing.Based on the industrial development trend,implement ten measures for high-quality development,focus on the group’s and the company’s the 14th Five-Year Plan development strategic planning objectives.Analyze the characteristics of the power energy supply equipment in the workshop,build an energy management system,and compare the efficiency from the data which collected from the water,electricity,cooling,gas,steam,and sewage promote remote control and merge into the DCS and production execution system MES of each production line,form a dispatching center to monitor and warn all production equipment in real time,significant improve the labor efficiency,warn problems in advance,and traditional production mode such as labor efficiency,automation and digitalization.
