摘要
通过建立氯乙烯聚合热模型,实时监控聚合反应的物料平衡及热平衡,进而实现釜顶冷凝器注水量的调整和聚合转化率的控制,最终达到生产平稳、消耗降低、聚合釜生产强度最大化的目的。
By establishing a vinyl chloride polymerization heat model,real time monitoring of the mass balance and heat balance of the polymerization reaction was achieved,thereby realizing the adjustment of the amount of water injection to the top condenser and the control of the polymerization conversion rate.The goals of stable production,reduced consumption,and maximum productivity of the polymerizer was achieved.
