摘要
为提高河道冲淤量计算效率,针对人工估算淤积量误差较大、实地量测耗时费力,无法大范围开展的问题,以“23·7”特大洪水受灾严重的门头沟区、房山区为研究区域,基于光学卫星遥感数据和机载激光雷达数据,建立河道冲淤量快速计算统计模型,运用遥感和GIS手段,实现河道冲淤量的快速提取计算。结果显示:研究区内8条重点河道的洪痕面积、淤积面积及冲掏面积分别为5 276.67万、3 545.34万和1 731.33万m^(2),淤积量、冲掏量分别为3 535.86万、3 106.79万m^(3),103条山洪沟道的洪痕面积、淤积面积及冲掏面积分别为3 301.66万、1 567.51万和1 734.18万m^(2),淤积量、冲掏量分别为1 513.70万、1 896.05万m^(3),总体均方根误差为0.226。研究成果为受灾河道的清淤治理提供数据支撑。
To improve the efficiency of calculating river channel erosion and sedimentation and address the issues of large errors in manual estimation,time-consuming and labor-intensive field measurements,and the inability to perform large-scale operations,a fast calculation and statistical model was developed.This model,based on optical satellite remote sensing data and airborne LiDAR data,was applied to Men⁃tougou District and Fangshan District,where severely impacted by the"23·7"catastrophic flood.By us⁃ing remote sensing and GIS techniques,the rapid extraction and calculation of river channel erosion and deposition were achieved.The results showed that for the 8 key river channels in the study area,the flood scar area,sedimentation area,and erosion area were 5,276.67,3.545.34 and 1,731.33 million square me⁃ters,respectively,with sedimentation and erosion volumes of 3,535.86 and 3,106.79 million cubic me⁃ters.For the 103 mountain flood channels,the flood scar area,sedimentation area,and erosion area were 3,301.66,1,567.51 and 1,734.18 million square meters,respectively,with sedimentation and erosion volumes of 1,513.70 and 1,896.05 million cubic meters.The overall root mean square error was 0.226.This research provides valuable data support for the dredging and management of disaster-stricken rivers.
