摘要
本研究探讨了后疫情时代乡村旅游的可持续发展路径,以安徽省黄山市黟县为典型案例。疫情后,乡村旅游因低密度、短周期、生态化特征成为复苏先锋,但传统发展模式面临经济收益与生态承载、资本介入与社区权益、短期复苏与长期韧性等三重矛盾。黟县通过数字赋能、生态闭环、文化活化和社区共富四大举措推动可持续发展。研究发现,数字化治理优化景区管理与游客体验,生态低碳实践促进环境友好型发展,非遗与文创产业活化增强文化价值,社区共建机制保障居民利益。然而,数字化转型带来的技术鸿沟和小微经营者生存困境成为新挑战。研究为乡村旅游可持续发展提供了实证经验,并提出进一步优化数字化包容性政策的建议。
This study explores the sustainable development path of rural tourism in the post-pandemic era,using Yixian County,Huangshan City,Anhui Province,as a typical case.After the pandemic,rural tourism has emerged as a recovery leader due to its low-density,short-cycle,and ecological characteristics.However,traditional development models face three major contradictions:economic benefits vs.ecological capacity,capital intervention vs.community rights,and short-term recovery vs.long-term resilience.Yixian promotes sustainable tourism through four key strategies:digital empowerment,ecological loops,cultural revitalization,and community co-prosperity.The findings suggest that digital governance enhances tourism management and visitor experience,low-carbon ecological practices support environmental sustainability,cultural heritage revitalization boosts cultural value,and community-driven mechanisms safeguard local residents’interests.However,challenges such as the digital divide and survival difficulties for small-scale operators remain.This study provides empirical insights for sustainable rural tourism and suggests improving digital inclusivity policies.
