摘要
随着数字人民币境内试点的有序推进,数字人民币的应用场景创新吸引越来越多的行业关注。数字人民币的跨境支付与结算;数字人民币与人民币国际化的关系以及前景;数字人民币跨境流通面临的问题;现行国家货币政策与监管部门如何应对等问题成为银行探讨的重要课题。本文从数字人民币产生的时代背景出发,分析数字人民币面临的国际竞争与肩负的使命,从数字人民币发行机制及技术原理出发,对数字人民币跨境流通的可能场景、未来前景以及面临的各种具体问题进行全面梳理与系统分析,并尝试给出相应的对策建议。
With the orderly advancement of domestic projects of digital RMB,the innovation of application scenarios for digital RMB has attracted more and more industry attention.The cross-border payment and settlement of digital R;the relationship and prospect between digital RMB and the internationalization of RMB;the problems faced by the cross-border circulation of digital RMB;and how current national monetary policy and regulatory authorities should respond to these issues have become important topics for banks to discuss.This paper starts with the era background of the emergence of digitalMB,analyzes the international competition faced by digital RMB and the mission it bears,and comprehensively sorts out and systematically analyzes the possible scenarios,future prospects various specific problems faced by the cross-border circulation of digital RMB from the perspective of the issuance mechanism and technical principles of digital RMB,and tries to corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
