摘要
利用一种四齿羧酸配体2,2′,4,4′-联苯四羧酸(H 4bpta)和刚性双吡啶双酰胺配体N,N′-双(4-吡啶甲酰胺)-1,4-苯(4-bpcb),采用水热法,设计并合成了一种新的三维超分子结构[(H 4bpta)(4-bpcb)](化合物1).利用单晶X射线衍射、粉末X射线衍射,以及傅里叶变换红外光谱等表征手段对该化合物的结构进行了详细的分析.研究了该三维超分子结构的荧光识别特性、荧光传感稳定性,以及其在多响应超分子荧光传感器中的应用.结果表明:化合物1的结构是由N—H…O和O—H…O氢键相互作用形成的三维超分子框架;化合物在各种有机溶剂(如甲醇、乙醇、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基乙酰胺、二氯甲烷、二甲亚砜、乙腈、吡啶、四氢呋喃、硝基苯和硝基甲烷)和广泛的pH范围(pH=2~12)的水溶液中均表现出较高的稳定性;化合物1还可以作为选择性荧光传感器,用于识别水中的Fe^(3+)、CrO_(4)^(2-)、Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-)和MnO_(4)^(-);此外,化合物1的荧光强度受第二配体结构弯曲的影响。
A new 3D supramolecular structure[(H 4bpta)(4-bpcb)](1),where H 4bpta denotes 2,2′,4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid and 4-bpcb is N,N′-bis(4-pyridinecarboxamide)-1,4-benzene,was successfully synthesized via hydrothermal methods.The structure of this compound was investigated via single crystal X-ray diffraction along with powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD)analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The fluorescence recognition characteristics,fluorescence sensing stability,and application of the three-dimensional supramolecular structure in multi responsive supramolecular fluorescence sensors were studied.The structure of compound 1 is comprised of a 3D supramolecular framework which is formed by N—H…O and O—H…O hydrogen bonding interactions.Moreover,compound 1 shows a high stability in various organic solvents(methanol,ethanol,dimethylformamide,dimethylacetamide,dichloromethane,dimethyl sulfoxide,acetonitrile,1,4-dioxane,pyridine,tetrahydrofuran,nitrobenzene,and nitromethane)and in aqueous solutions at various pH values(pH=2~12).More importantly,compound 1 can serve as a selective fluorescent sensor for the recognition of Fe^(3+),CrO_(4)^(2-),Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-),and MnO-4 in water.
