煤矿井下掘锚机截割齿轮箱故障分析与控制措施 被引量:1

摘要 截割部传动齿轮箱是掘锚机井下掘进巷道的主要工作部件,出现故障后会导致停机停产,不仅影响掘进工程进度,造成返修成本的浪费,而且更换截割部也存在极大的安全风险,会给矿井造成不可预估的损失。针对齿轮箱下井使用过程中的故障问题,组建了专业的QC小组开展活动,采用关联图、5M1E、正交试验等科学的质量控制方法进行分析、计算,最终找出壳体浮动密封漏油和输入轴端密封结构不合理2项根本原因,并采取相应措施进行合理的控制与预防,将故障率控制到合理的水平,确保井下掘进工作面正常生产,降低更换大部件时安全事故发生的概率,维修质量和可靠性得到提高。 The driving gear box of the cutting part is the main working part of the anchor excavator in the underground excavation roadway.Its failure will cause the machine and production to stop,not only affecting the progress of the tunneling project,resulting in a waste of repair costs,but also a great safety risk when replacing the gear box of the cutting part,resulting in unpredictable losses in the coal mine.In view of the faults in the process of using the gearbox,a professional QC team has been established to carry out analysis and calculation.By adopting such scientific quality control methods as association diagram,5M1E and orthogonal test,we finally find out the two fundamental reasons for the unreasonable floating seal oil leakage of the shell and the seal structure of the input shaft end.Corresponding measures have been taken for reasonable control and prevention,and the proportion of faults has been controlled to a reasonable level,so as to ensure the normal production of the working face of underground tunneling,reduce the occurrence of safety accidents when replacing large parts,and improve the maintenance quality and reliability.
