药对白芍-当归的免疫调节功能及其对类风湿的缓解

Immune-modulatory functions and alleviating effects of the drug-pair Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Angelica Sinensis on rheumatoid arthritis

摘要 建立了胶原诱导的关节炎(Collagen-induced arthritis,CIA)大鼠模型,通过检测大鼠血液中淋巴细胞数量和比率,大鼠脊髓、胸腺、脾脏、血清和关节滑膜液中二肽肽酶I(Dipeptidyl peptidase I,DPPI)、谷胱甘肽(Glutathione,GSH)和一氧化氮(Nitrogen monoxide,NO)的水平,探讨药对白芍-当归对CIA诱导的大鼠免疫系统紊乱的调节作用。结果表明,药对白芍-当归恢复了CIA大鼠血液淋巴细胞比率,逆转了CIA诱导的免疫细胞的激活和增殖,降低了GSH,DPPI和NO的水平,从分子水平和动物活体水平为药对白芍-当归治疗类风湿关节炎的免疫药理机制提供了实验依据。 In this study,a collagen-induced arthritis(CIA)rat model was established and the peripheral blood lymphocytes were detected.The levels of Dipeptidyl peptidase I(DPPI),Glutathione(GSH)and NO in spinal cord and thymus,spleen,serum and synovium membrane of rats were determined,and the regulatory effects of the drug-pair Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Angelica Sinensis on CIA-induced immune-disorders in rats were investigated.The results showed that the drug-pair Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Angelica Sinensis restored the immune cell ratio of CIA rats,reversed the activation and proliferation of immune cells induced by CIA,and decreased the contents of DPPI and NO and the increased level of GSH,which were induced by CIA.This study provides an experimental basis for the immune-pharmacological mechanism of the drug-pair Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Angelica Sinensis in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis from the molecular level and the animal level.
