摘要
目的探究泉州正骨推手手法治疗对轻度青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(AIS)矫治效果。方法在2022年3—12月泉州市初中学生体能测试中招募轻度AIS(10°<Cobb角≤20°)受试者,按照受试者或其近亲属的意愿分为试验组与对照组,试验组进行为期12周的泉州正骨推手手法治疗和健康教育,对照组予以健康宣教、观察监测。对比干预前后的躯干旋转角(ATR)、Cobb角和脊柱侧凸研究学会22项(SRS-22)量表评分。结果该项目初期共纳入48例受试者,其中试验组25例,对照组23例,随后脱落5例受试者,最终纳入受试者共43例,包括试验组21例和对照组22例。干预后试验组ATR、Cobb角度均显著降低(P<0.01);试验组SRS-22评分中的疼痛、自我形象、心理健康3个维度评分均显著高于干预前(P<0.01);试验组治疗有效率为90.48%(19/21),明显高于对照组4.55%(1/22)(P<0.01)。结论泉州正骨推手手法对轻度AIS病人具有显著的矫治效果,并可提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of Quanzhou Zhenggu Tuishou manipulation in the treatment of mild adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS).Methods Subjects with mild AIS(10°<Cobb angle≤20°)were recruited from the physical fitness test of junior high school students in Quanzhou City from March to December 2022.The subjects were assigned into the experimental group and the control group according to the wishes of the students and their close relatives.The experimental group was treated with Quanzhou Zhenggu Tuishou manipulation and health education for 12 weeks,while the control group was given health education,observation and monitoring.Axial trunk rotation(ATR),Cobb angle and scores of Scoliosis Research Society 22-item Scale(SRS-22)were compared before and after intervention.Results A total of 48 participants were included in the initial phase of this project,including 25 in the experimental and 23 in the control groups.Subsequently,5 participants were dropped,and finally 43 participants were included,including 21 in the experimental and 22 in the control groups.After intervention,the angles of ATR and Cobb were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the scores of pain,self-image and mental health in SRS-22 were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.01).The effective rate of the experimental group was 90.48%(19/21),which was significantly higher than that of the control group[4.55%(1/22)](P<0.01).Conclusion Quanzhou Zhenggu Tuishou manipulation has a significant corrective effect on patients with mild AIS and may improve their quality of life.
