摘要
流式细胞术是一种对细胞群进行多参数快速检测并定量分析的高新技术,具有检测简便、灵敏的优势,现已普遍应用于中药研究的各个领域,如药用植物育种、基因组学、生物遗传研究、活性成分筛选、中药药理研究等方面,该研究综述了流式细胞术在中药材资源保护以及中药药效研究中的应用。
Flow cytometry is a new technology used for multiparameter rapid detection and quantitative analysis of cell populations,which has the advantages of simple operation and high sensitivity,and it has been widely applied in traditional Chinese medicine research,such as breeding of medicinal plants,genomics,biological genetics,bioactive compound screening,and pharmacological research of Chinese herbs.This paper reviews the application of flow cytometry in the conservation of traditional Chinese medicinal materials resources and pharmacological efficacy of Chinese herbs.
