摘要
输血输液加温器是临床用于加热血液、药液等输注液体的关键设备,加热方式主要包括干热式和循环水式。该研究通过分析国内外文献及不良事件监测数据,发现输血输液加温器主要故障包括加温异常、温度偏差、电子元件故障及液体泄漏等。风险原因涉及设计缺陷、操作不当、维护不足及质量控制等问题。建议采取优化设计、提升温度精度、加强维护培训及完善质控体系等措施,以提高设备安全性和可靠性。该研究可为国家“十四五”医疗器械不良事件重点监测提供参考,助力临床用械安全。
The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics and related factors of adverse events of blood transfusion infusion heaters,and to provide reference for the use of clinical medical devices.Through systematic statistical analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,and retrieval of medical device alert database,the causes of adverse events are sorted out,and then the potential risks of blood transfusion heaters are analyzed,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed.It is the key measure to improve the safety of equipment,standardize the use rationality of clinical medical devices,and prevent the occurrence of serious adverse events.
