ICAM4D摄影测量技术在无牙颌即刻种植修复中的应用效果

摘要 目的:评价ICAM4D摄影测量技术在无牙颌即刻种植修复中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年8月至2023年8月在郑州人民医院口腔医院就诊的20例半口无牙颌种植患者,10例在术后即刻采用ICAM4D摄影测量技术获取数字化印膜(ICAM4D组),10例通过传统夹板印模技术制取硅橡胶开窗印模(对照组),并在术后48 h内完成临时义齿修复,3个月后行永久修复。比较两组印模制取时长、患者舒适满意度、修复体就位情况和永久修复效果。结果:ICAM4D组印模制取时长(15.16±3.09) min,短于对照组的(49.47±5.03) min(P<0.05);舒适满意度评分(92.3±4.69),大于对照组的(62.7±5.68)(P<0.05)。两组所有修复体均达到被动就位。永久修复后3个月、6个月、1 a,所有种植体无松动、脱落,种植体周围组织健康,未出现修复体并发症。结论:ICAM4D摄影测量技术应用于无牙颌即刻种植修复,效果令人满意。 Aim:To evaluate the clinical effect of ICAM4D photogrammetry in immediate restoration of edentulous jaw implant.Methods:A total of 20 patients with half-mouth edentulous jaw treated in Stomatology Hospital of Zhengzhou People′s Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were retrospectively studied,and 10 patients were in the ICAM4D group and 10 patients were in control group,respectively.ICAM4D photogrammetry technology was used to obtain digital impression film and traditional splint impression technology,to make silicone rubber window impression immediately after surgery,and fixed denture restoration was completed within 48 hours after surgery,permanent repair was completed 3 mouths after surgery.The impression making time,patient comfort satisfaction,prosthesis placement status,and permanent repair effect of the 2 groups were compared.Result:The impression making time of ICAM4D group was(15.16±3.09)min,significantly lower than that of control group[(49.47±5.03)min](P<0.05),the comfort satisfaction of ICAM4D group was(92.3±4.69),significantly higher than that of control group[(62.7±5.68)](P<0.05).All restorations reached passive placement in both groups.No loosening,detachment or complications of all implants occured at 3 months,6 months,and 1 year after permanent restoration,and the tissue around the implant was healthy.Conclusion:The application of ICAM4D photogrammetry in immediate restoration of edentulous jaw implant has satisfactory results.
