摘要
目的:监测郑州市经营性场所内苯系物及甲醛浓度,评估其对从业人员的健康危害。方法:使用2023年郑州市三类经营性场所(宾馆、美容店、健身房)苯系物及甲醛浓度监测数据,通过相关性分析、蒙特卡洛模拟及健康风险评估等方法探讨三类经营性场所内苯系物和甲醛浓度及其对从业者的健康危害。结果:美容店甲苯浓度高于健身房,健身房甲醛浓度低于宾馆、美容店(P<0.016)。健康风险评估结果显示苯致癌风险较低,甲苯及二甲苯非致癌风险处于安全限值内。宾馆、美容店、健身房甲醛致癌风险分别为9.3×10^(-5)(4.3×10^(-5),1.9×10^(-4))、7.1×10^(-5)(3.5×10^(-5),1.5×10^(-4))、4.5×10^(-5)(7.0×10^(-6),8.6×10^(-5)),均高于安全限值,蒙特卡洛模拟结果与风险评估结果一致。结论:郑州市宾馆、美容店、健身房三类经营性场所内苯系物致癌及非致癌风险处于较低水平,甲醛暴露可能对从业人员造成潜在致癌风险。
Aim:To monitor the concentration of benzene derivatives and formaldehyde in commercial public places in Zhengzhou and evaluate their hazards to practitioners.Methods:Based on the monitoring data of benzene derivatives and formaldehyde in commercial public places in Zhengzhou in 2023,the health risk of hotels,beauty shops and gyms employees were evaluated through correlation analysis,Monte Carlo simulation and health risk assessment.Results:The concentration of toluene in beauty shops was higher than that in gyms,and the concentration of formaldehyde in gyms was lower than those in hotels and beauty shops(P<0.016).The results of health risk assessment showed that the overall carcinogenic risk of benzene was low for practitioners.The non-carcinogenic risk of practitioners of toluene and xylene was within the safe limit.The carcinogenic risk of formaldehyde of hotels,beauty shops and gyms was 9.3×10^(-5)(4.3×10^(-5),1.9×10^(-4)),7.1×10^(-5)(3.5×10^(-5),1.5×10^(-4)),and 4.5×10^(-5)(7.0×10^(-6),8.6×10^(-5)),respectively,which were higher than the safety limits.The Monte Carlo simulation results were consistent with the risk assessment results.Conclusion:The carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks of benzene derivatives in commercial public places in Zhengzhou are at a low level;long-term exposure to formaldehyde in hotels,beauty shops and gyms may cause potential carcinogenic risks to practitioners.
