基于Drillbench的救援井压井模拟技术研究

摘要 随着石油工业的快速发展和能源需求的不断增加,油气勘探开发面临的井控风险日益增强。为保障安全生产作业,国内外井控技术已取得长足进步。利用Drillbench动态井控软件对某口井喷失控井开展救援井压井模拟,模拟结果显示在通过直接或射孔连通后,开展压井作业,能够在70~90 min内成功压井,从理论上支撑了救援井压井方案的制定和实施,对以后此类的的救援井压井工艺制定和救援井井控技术发展,起到技术借鉴作用。 With the rapid development of the petroleum industry and the continuous increase in energy demand,the well control risks faced by oil and gas exploration and development are increasingly increasing.To ensure safe production operations,significant progress has been made in well control technology both domestically and internationally.This article uses Drillbench dynamic well control software to simulate the well control of a blowout well.The simulation results show that after direct or perforation connection,the well control operation can be successfully carried out within 70-90 minutes.This theoretically supports the formulation and implementation of the well control plan for rescue wells,and provides technical reference for the development of such rescue well control technology in the future.
