摘要
高温高压反应釜是化学、制药和石油化工等行业的重要设备,面临多种失效风险。通过分析反应釜的失效模式和诱因,提出了基于光纤光栅传感器的监测技术、材料改进、结构优化以及应急处置策略等安全防护技术。这些技术能有效降低失效风险,提升设备安全性和可靠性。同时,结合技术发展趋势,探讨了未来高温高压反应釜安全防护的研究方向,为促进相关行业设备安全管理的创新提供借鉴。
The high-temperature and high-pressure reactor is an essential piece of equipment in industries such as chemicals,pharmaceuticals,and petrochemicals,facing various failure risks.This paper analyzes the failure modes and causes of the reactor,and proposes safety protection technologies,including monitoring technology based on fiber Bragg grating sensors,material improvements,structural optimization,and emergency response strategies.These technologies effectively reduce failure risks and enhance the safety and reliability of the equipment.Finally,combining technological development trends,the paper discusses the future research directions for safety protection of high-temperature and high-pressure reactors,aiming to promote innovation in equipment safety management in related industries.
