摘要
第三方市场合作是推动全球经贸合作,完善全球治理的中国特色方案。中日第三方市场合作是由政府引导、企业作为主体推进的新型经济合作范式。中日第三方经济合作拥有良好的合作基础和广阔的发展前景,但也受中日关系、东道国内部环境因素和以美国为首的外部力量干预等因素的制约。本文在对各类中日第三方市场合作进行案例分析的基础上,实证分析了中日在东南亚地区的制度距离差异,研究发现中日在东南亚各国的制度距离存在显著差异,应当根据中、日两国在不同国家的差异化优势开展符合当地需求的合作,进而推动中日第三方市场合作良性发展。
Third-party market cooperation represents a Chinese approach to fostering global economic and trade collaboration and enhancing global governance.China-Japan third-party market cooperation constitutes a novel economic cooperation model,spearheaded by governmental guidance and driven primarily by enterprises.While this cooperation possesses a robust foundation and considerable development potential,it is simultaneously constrained by factors including China-Japan bilateral relations,the domestic environments of host countries,and external interventions,particularly those led by the United States.Employing case studies of diverse China-Japan third-party market collaborations,this paper empirically examines the institutional distance between China and Japan in various Southeast Asian nations.The findings reveal significant institutional distance between China and Japan across these Southeast Asian countries.Therefore,effective cooperation necessitates leveraging the differentiated advantages of China and Japan in specific countries,aligning with local demands to promote the sustainable development of China-Japan third-party market cooperation.
