摘要
目的 探讨强化健康教育对哮喘患者的影响,寻求哮喘患者的有效健康教育方式,以提升患者对疾病的了解程度。方法 选取天津医科大学朱宪彝纪念医院2023年1月—2024年1月收治的110例哮喘患者,随机分为强化健康教育组和常规健康教育组,每组55例。常规健康教育组患者实施常规健康教育,强化健康教育组患者在常规健康教育基础上实施强化健康教育。比较两组患者疾病知识掌握率、治疗效果及护理满意率。结果 强化健康教育组疾病知识掌握率为94.55%,高于常规健康教育组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.252 6,P<0.05)。强化健康教育组治疗总有效率为96.36%,高于常规健康教育组的85.45%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.960 0,P<0.05)。强化健康教育组护理满意率为96.36%,高于常规健康教育组的85.45%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.960 0,P<0.05)。结论 强化健康教育有助于提升哮喘患者疾病知识掌握率、临床治疗效果及患者护理满意率,值得临床应用以及推广。
Objective To explore the impact of strengthening health education on patients with asthma,in order to seek effective health education methods for patients with asthma,so as to improve patients' understanding degree of the disease.Methods A total of 110 patients with asthma treated in Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital were selected and randomly divided into strengthening health education group and routine health education group,with 55 cases in each group.All patients in the routine health education group received routine health education,and all patients in the strengthening health education group received strengthening health education on the basis of routine health education.The disease knowledge mastery rate,treatment effect and nursing satisfaction rate of patients between two groups were compared.Results The disease knowledge mastery rate of strengthening health education group was 94.55%,which was higher than that of routine health education group with 60.00%,and the difference was statistically significang (χ~2=6.252 6,P <0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the strengthening health education group was 96.36%,which was higher than that of routine health education group with 85.45%,and the difference was statistically significant (χ~2 =3.960 0,P <0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of strengthening health education group was 96.36%,which was higher than that of routine health education group with 85.45%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=3.960 0,P<0.05).Conclusion The strengthen health education could help improve patients' understanding of the disease knowledge,clinical treatment effect and nursing statisfaction rate of patients,which was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
