鸟类宿主反巢寄生的卵识别机制研究进展与Meta分析

摘要 鸟类巢寄生是寄生性鸟类将卵产于宿主巢中并转嫁育雏成本的行为,宿主为应对寄生压力进化出多重防御策略,其中卵识别机制是防御成功的关键。本文通过综述与Meta分析得出以下结论:宿主主要采用模板识别机制(基于自身卵特征建立认知模板),部分物种如大苇莺Acrocephalus arundinaceus兼具模板识别与不一致性识别机制;拟鹂科Icteridae和杜鹃科Cuculidae宿主以模板识别为主导;寄生历史显著影响识别机制的选择,无被寄生历史的物种可能缺乏该机制。现有研究已阐明卵色、斑纹等形态特征的关键作用,但对卵特征变异动态及宿主认知能力(脑容量)、学习能力(年龄与经验)等内在因素的协同效应仍缺乏系统研究。未来需构建多维度分析框架,整合形态特征变异规律与宿主认知行为机制,这将为解析宿主-寄生者协同进化提供新视角,并为认知生态学理论发展提供实证依据。 Avian brood parasitism is a behavior in which parasitic avian species lay their eggs in the nests of host species,transferring the cost of raising their offsprings to the host.In response to parasitic pressure,hosts have evolved sophisticated antiparasitic defenses,with egg recognition mechanisms serving as critical components of host resistance.Through systematic review and meta-analysis,this study demonstrates that avian hosts predominantly employ cognitive templatebased recognition(utilizing memorized characteristics of their own eggs)as their primary defense strategy.Certain species,notably the great reed warbler(Acrocephalus arundinaceus),employ both template recognition and inconsistency recognition.The hosts of Icteridae and Cuculidae families mainly rely on template recognition.The parasitic history significantly influences the selection of recognition,with non-parasitized species frequently lacking such adaptations.Existing studies have clarified the key roles of egg color,patterns,and other morphological features,while systematic investigation remains scarce regarding temporal-spatial variation in egg phenotypic traits,and synergistic interactions between external egg characteristics and intrinsic host factors including neurocognitive capacity(cerebral dimensions)and experiential learning(age-dependent plasticity).Future researches should construct a multidimensional analysis framework that integrates the patterns of morphological trait variation with host cognitive behavioral mechanisms.This will provide new perspectives for understanding host-parasite coevolution and empirical evidence for the development of cognitive ecology theory.
