摘要
巢鼠属Micromys的巢鼠M.minutus、红耳巢鼠M.erythrotis和高原巢鼠M.pygmaeus随着近年捕获样本的增多及系统发育研究的深入才被分类厘定,属内物种在我国一些地区的存在与否及分布地点等信息不明确。本研究在贵州省4个县(市)捕获到9只巢鼠属动物,通过cyt b基因序列比对确定为巢鼠和红耳巢鼠,测量其外形、毛色和头骨指标并进行对比;同时,从GenBank下载了全国82只巢鼠、红耳巢鼠和高原巢鼠cyt b基因序列进行对比,并综合这些鼠的采集点信息归纳3种鼠在贵州省的分布地点。结果显示,捕获的9只鼠包含5只巢鼠和4只红耳巢鼠,分别聚类于91只巢鼠属动物系统发育树3个支系中的2个。巢鼠的体长和尾长显著长于红耳巢鼠。从分布地点看,巢鼠、红耳巢鼠和高原巢鼠在贵州省的采集点分布表现为自东向西、由低海拔向高海拔变化,一些地区存在2种巢鼠同域分布的情况。研究结果填补了贵州省巢鼠属3个种的分化特征和分布地点空白。
Recent advancements in Micromys systematics,driven by increased specimen availability and molecular phylogenetic analyses in China,have clarified the taxonomic status of 3 recognized species:M.minutus,M.erythrotis,and M.pygmaeus.However,their precise distribution patterns within China remain poorly resolved.In this study,a total of 9 individuals belonging to Micromys sp.were captured from 4 counties(cities)in Guizhou Province.The specimens were taxonomically identified via cyt b gene sequencing,followed by comparative morphological assessment of external characteristics(ventral fur coloration)and craniometric measurements between M.minutus and M.erythrotis.The cyt b gene sequences of 82 individuals in M.minutus,M.erythrotis and M.pygmaeus in China were downloaded from GenBank database,and the distribution of 3 Micromys species in Guizhou Province was discussed based on the sampling sites.The results of phylogenetic analysis showed that the 9 animals captured in this study include 5 M.minutus and 4 M.erythrotis,were clustered into 2of the 3 lineages.The body length and tail length of M.minutus were significantly longer than those of M.erythrotis,while no significant difference was detected in other morphological features between the 2 species.Spatial analysis of specimen localities demonstrated an east-west elevational distribution pattern in Guizhou Province,with M.minutus,M.erythrotis,and M.pygmaeus occurring along an ascending altitudinal gradient.Sympatric distributions of 2 species were documented in some specific regions.This study fullfills a gap of knowledge about the differentiation characteristics and distribution sites of the three Micromys species in Guizhou Province.
