摘要
为解决微生物发酵技术在生物制药产业应用中效率低的问题,研究将以发酵过程中的智能化监控与优化为例,重点对发酵过程的智能化监控方法进行探讨,阐述其在提升生产效率、降低成本和改善产品质量中的应用效果,并以此为基础提出优化生产管理的建议。结果表明:智能化监控与优化方法具有显著提高发酵效率、降低资源消耗、提升产品质量的能力,研究结果具有实践指导性,能够为相关从业者提供有益参考。
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in the application of microbial fermentation technology in the biopharmaceutical industry,this study will take intelligent monitoring and optimization of the fermentation process as an example,focusing on exploring the intelligent monitoring methods of the fermentation process,elaborating on their application effects in improving production efficiency,reducing costs,and improving product quality,and based on this,proposing suggestions for optimizing production management.The results indicate that intelligent monitoring and optimization methods have the ability to significantly improve fermentation efficiency,reduce resource consumption,and enhance product quality.The research findings have practical guidance and can provide useful references for relevant practitioners.
