摘要
羊脑包虫病又称多头蚴病,在牧区流行较频繁,羊群发病后会出现体温升高、食欲下降以及多种精神症状,严重影响其生长性能,导致养殖户受到经济损失,影响基层养羊业的健康发展。因此需要养殖户正确认识该病的危害,了解其流行病学及症状,在养殖过程中加大对这一疾病的防控力度,采取粪便化验、分子生物学检测及影像学诊断等手段进行诊断,增强对疾病的辨识度,通过药物及手术治疗,强化日常卫生管理,提升饲养管理水平,严格落实检疫并做好犬类的驱逐工作,以降低疾病发生率,促进养羊业良性发展。基于此,文章概述了羊脑包虫病的流行病学及临床症状,分析其诊断方式,讨论该疾病的治疗方法,并提出相关预防措施,以供参考。
Sheep cerebral echinococcosis,also known as multi head echinococcosis,is a prevalent disease in pastoral areas.After the onset of the disease,sheep populations may experience increased body temperature,decreased appetite,and various mental symptoms,seriously affecting their growth performance,causing to economic losses to farmers,and affecting the healthy development of grassroots sheep farming.Therefore,it is necessary for farmers to have a correct understanding of the hazards of this disease,understand its epidemiology and symptoms.Farmers need to increase their prevention and control efforts during the breeding process,adopt methods such as fecal analysis,molecular biology testing,and imaging diagnosis,enhance the recognition of the disease,strengthen daily hygiene management through medication and surgical treatment,improve the level of breeding management,strictly implement quarantine,and do a good job in expelling dogs to reduce the incidence of diseases and promote the healthy development of sheep farming.Based on this,the epidemiology and clinical symptoms of sheep cerebral echinococcosis were outlined,its diagnostic methods were analyzed,the treatment methods of the disease were discussed,and relevant preventive measures were proposed for references.
