摘要
天长县割牛舌案是历史上真实的案子,此案为我们了解真实的包拯提供了鲜活的案例:一方面,有助于我们了解包拯的民本思想,他关心民生、为民做主,他执法为民、维护民众利益;另一方面,有助于我们了解包拯的断案能力和办案技巧,包拯智断割牛舌案,是他做地方官时的成名之战,为世人津津乐道。包拯的爱民思想和清正廉明,符合人们对清官的诉求,这也是后世不断把他塑造成“司法之神”形象的重要原因。
The case of Bao Zheng trying the case of cutting off the ox’s tongue in Tianchang County is a real historical case.This case provides a vivid example for us to understand the real Bao Zheng.Through this case,on the one hand,it helps us understand Bao Zheng’s people-oriented thought.He cared about people’s livelihood and stood up for the people;he enforced the law for the people and safeguarded the interests of the common people.On the other hand,it helps us understand Bao Zheng’s ability to judge cases and his case-handling skills.Bao Zheng’s wise judgment of the case of cutting off the ox’s tongue was his famous battle when he was a local official,which has been widely talked about by people through the ages.Bao Zheng’s love for the people and his integrity are in line with people’s demands for upright officials,which is also an important reason why he has been continuously shaped into the image of a“god of justice”in later generations.
