摘要
为保证湿陷性黄土路基的施工效果,提升路基稳定性,以实际工程为例,研究采用灰土挤密桩加固路基的效果。分析湿陷性黄土特性和灰土挤密桩的加固机理,结合工程的加固需求,设计灰土挤密桩加固方案;计算该方法的关键施工参数,并分析桩周土物理力学性能的变化,以此保证灰土挤密桩施工效果。结果显示:复合地基承载力特征值均在158.6 kPa以下,满足承载力特征值不可超过最大加载应力1/2的标准,符合工程的设计需求。
To ensure the construction effect of collapsible loess subgrade and improve the stability of such subgrade,the reinforcement effect of lime soil compaction pile was studied by taking the actual project as a case study.The characteristics of collapsible loess and the reinforcement mechanism of the lime soil compaction pile were analysed,and the reinforcement scheme of the lime soil compaction pile was designed considering the reinforcement requirements of engineering.The key construction parameters of this method were simulated,and the differences in physical and mechanical properties of soil around the pile were analysed to ensure the construction effect of the lime soil compaction pile.The experiment results show that the bearing capacity characteristic values of the composite foundation are all below 158.6 kPa,complying with the standard that the bearing capacity characteristic values cannot exceed half of the maximum loading stress and satisfy the design requirements of the composite engineering.
