上海高水位软土地区扩底桩成孔质量检测技术对比分析

摘要 扩底桩是指底部直径大于上部桩身直径的灌注桩,其扩底段的施工是成桩质量的关键。上海地区的地质特点为高水位软土地基,地质条件复杂。施工过程中通过成孔质量检测对扩底段的成桩质量予以直接把控。浦东机场某超大型基坑中大量使用了旋挖扩底和回转扩底两种工艺的扩底桩。在现场使用超声波法和伞形孔径仪法进行成孔质量检测,深入研究了两种成孔检测方法的可行性。本文的研究成果紧密结合上海地区地质特点、施工特点,可为检测、施工以及设备生产厂家等同行提供参考。 A belled pile is a cast-in-place pile with a bottom diameter more significant than the upper pile body diameter,and the construction of its expanded bottom section is crucial to the quality of the pile.The geological characteristics of the Shanghai area are high water level,soft soil foundation,and complex geological conditions.The quality of pile formation in the expansion section can be directly controlled by hole testing.Many belled piles using rotary excavation and rotary expansion techniques have been utilised in Pudong Airport's super large foundation pit.The feasibility of drilling quality testing methods was comprehensively studied using ultrasonic and umbrella aperture meter methods on site.The research results are closely combined with the geological and construction characteristics of the Shanghai area,which provide a reference for peers such as inspection,construction,design,and equipment manufacturers.
