摘要
针对宁波中心大厦项目的混凝土超高泵送需求,研究了机制砂超高层泵送混凝土的原材料、配合比设计、外加剂搭配等因素对工作性能、力学性能和泵送性能的影响规律,同时结合工程应用深入探讨了拌和工艺、泵送控制和质量检测等环节中的关键技术。研究表明,合理控制机制砂的细度模数,优化掺合料的使用,并结合高效外加剂技术,能够有效解决机制砂在超高层建筑中的黏度大、泵送性差及坍落度损失快等问题。
This paper conducted a systematic study to solve the application problem of manufactured sand in super high-rise pumped concrete.Taking the Ningbo Center Building project as a case study,research was conducted on pumped concrete's workability and mechanical properties for manufactured sand super high-rise buildings,including raw materials and mix design selection.By adjusting the fineness modulus of the manufactured sand reasonably,adding appropriate amounts of mineral admixtures such as fly ash and mineral powder,and combining with high-efficiency water-reducing agent technology,the viscosity of concrete were successfully reduced,and its flowability,pump ability,and slump retention were improved.Research showed that the proposed preparation method effectively solved the problems of high viscosity and pumping resistance of manufactured sand in super high-rise pumping.The results have been successfully applied in practical engineering,ensuring construction quality and efficiency.
