摘要
高速公路混凝土护栏施工质量对行车安全至关重要。本文系统探讨了护栏施工的质量控制与监理要点,提出了包括技术准备、材料管控、关键工序优化等管理内容的集成化管理方法。通过设计资料复核、精准放样及原材料检验为护栏施工奠定质量基础;施工阶段围绕钢筋工程、模板工程及混凝土工程采取精细化控制措施;验收环节建立主控项目与一般项目双重检验体系。针对漏浆、线形偏差、裂缝等通病,提出发泡胶封缝、全站仪复测、动态养护等防治对策。通过全周期质量控制与标准化监理流程,可显著提升护栏结构性能与表观质量,为高速公路安全运营提供技术支撑。
The construction quality of expressway concrete barriers directly impacts driving safety and the project's lifespan.First,this paper systematically discussed the quality control and supervision points throughout the construction of barriers.Then,it proposes an integrated management approach based on technical preparation,material control,and optimisation of key construction procedures.In the early stages of construction,a solid foundation for quality was established through design review,precise setting out,and material verification.Refined control was applied to reinforcement,formwork,and concrete engineering during the construction phase.A dual inspection system for primary and general control items was established in the acceptance stage.For common issues such as grout leakage,linear deviation,and cracks,preventive measures such as sealing joints with foam sealant,re-measuring using total stations,and dynamic curing are proposed.The analysis results show that full-cycle quality control and standardised supervision procedures can significantly improve the structural performance and apparent quality of barriers,providing technical support for the safe operation of expressway.
