摘要
随着建筑工程规模的不断扩大和结构复杂性的提升,主体结构的检测工作在确保建筑物安全性和使用性能中的重要性愈发凸显。本文系统探讨了建筑工程主体结构的检测内容与方法,阐述其在保障建筑安全性和耐久性中的重要作用。分析了混凝土强度、混凝土内部缺陷、构件几何尺寸、结构变形及耐久性等主要检测内容,介绍了回弹法、超声波法、地质雷达检测法等常用检测方法,并探讨了其技术精度、可靠性及方法局限性。结合检测过程中常见问题,提出了改进建议,为工程检测技术的选择与质量控制提供理论支持与实践参考。
With the continuous expansion of construction projects and the increasing complexity of structures,the importance of main structure tests in ensuring the safety and performance of buildings has become increasingly prominent.This article systematically reviewed the detection content and methods of the main structure of building engineering and elaborated on its essential role in ensuring building safety and durability.The main testing contents,such as concrete strength,internal defects in concrete,geometric dimensions of components,structural deformation,and durability,were analysed.It then introduced commonly used testing methods such as rebound,ultrasonic,and steel bar detector and explored the methods'technical accuracy,reliability,and limitations.Based on common problems encountered during the testing process,improvement suggestions have been proposed to provide theoretical support and practical reference for engineering testing techniques'selection and quality control.
